The Indies in the City Tour is perhaps one of the highlights for APS members. For years, we have extended the opportunity to authors to showcase their books. Whether in libraries, sharing their “path to publishing” stories in an intimate setting, or being amongst thousands selling their books at expos, these tours provide hands-on experience in learning what it means to be an author, connects writers to readers, and further emphasizes the concept, “We Are Better Together”, as participants network with one another and ultimately enhance their interpersonal relationships.
